Private Capital (C) (TM) and Private Capital Markets (C) (TM)

Private Equity, Venture Capital, Angel Investing, are all abstractions for what Private Capital markets can and should be, an opportunity for great leaders and great teams to build great products and services so that we can all thrive as a society. Abstractions without tangible foundations leave Markets absent the structures that Markets need to thrive

Because our reality has not reflected those structures and the paradigm stated, Im coining the word Private Capital (C) (TM) and the phrase Private Capital Markets (C) (TM) as a permanent paradigm shift across Capital Markets

The regulatory environment is difficult to navigate specific to many of these efforts, so in light I will be writing more about this topic at a later time
