- What are the customers conditions for closing?
- Can we meet the customers conditions for closing?
- What are our conditions for closing?
- Is the customer willing to meet our conditions for closing?
- Deal terms are agreed upon and a deal gets signed.
- The initial deliverables are delivered thereby executing the contract, and it could just as soon be a signed contract promising to do something in the future, as well as the customer wiring over the initial funds
