Businesses Profitability; You get paid 45% for life no matter what happens to the business with a 65% buffer for the downside, however you still get the remaining cashflow paid out to you
Business Value; You get paid 20% upfront no future participation of Business Value
Business Future Profitability; You participate up to 5x your current cashflow as the Businesses Profitability increases by 5x and you are limited to 5x your current payout levels again with ratchets if the Business shrinks
Business Roadmap; What business are we in today? What does rock solid look like? What business do we need to get in to grow 10x so that the Insurance Company now has tremendous upside. Who are the key hires? What is the rock solid management team? Who is the business consultant genius at that level type guy that will see things thing through as part of his overall portfolio for life?
